Parentline Plus (now known as Family Lives) is one of the UK’s leading parent and family support organisations. The brief was to create colourful representative characters to show the service’s commitment of providing a 24-hour confidential helpline for parents and carers of young children and/or teenagers. The characters were used in a range of campaign materials including online videos, animation and print campaigns.
