New logo design and branding elements for the Rotherham Student Journalist Project. The brief was to create a new brand that would appeal to young students interested in the journalism profession. Using illustration, I created a collection of colourful illustrated characters to reflect ‘a typical day in the life of the Student Journalist’. The characters aimed to soften the image of the demanding journalism industry.
The colourful characters were also used in a series of newsletters, News Hound – The Game and print-based campaigns.
